What would make Honiton a Mental Health Friendly Town? Survey for young people and their families.
Shaping a Honiton Mental Health Friendly town
Honiton Mental Health Friendly Town is a new community-led initiative to create a charter for change to help support young people and their families in the town.
The results from the surveys will shape an action plan for the community, business and groups to sign up to and help young people and their families affected by mental health feel supported, engaged and involved in improving their wellbeing. We want to know what young people and their families think a mental health friendly Honiton would look like.
Please click on the links below to fill in the short survey relevant to you – complete by the 31st January 2020.
Your input will shape the Honiton Mental Health Friendly Town Charter to be launched at the Beehive in March 2020. This project is being led by local charity Action East Devon in collaboration with Honiton Health Matters and key youth organisations in Honiton.
